Faith formed early.
A teenage love for Jesus became the foundation for a life shaped by Scripture, worship, family, and service.
A servant-hearted teacher helping believers understand Scripture, embrace their God-given identity, and faithfully live out their calling.
“It is about who we become along the way.”
My journey began as a teenager in love with Jesus and with my high school sweetheart—who, more than three decades later, is still my best friend and partner in life.
Together, we have been blessed with five children and a precious grandchild. They remind me every day that calling is lived most faithfully in ordinary relationships, daily choices, shared laughter, and the grace God gives for each season.
Over the years, God has led me down unexpected paths. I have served in pulpits and living rooms, helped plant churches, led worship, and taught the Gospel to both intimate gatherings and larger crowds. I have carried titles such as Teaching Pastor, Equipping Pastor, and Worship Leader—but above all, I have wanted to be a servant who helps people grow in Christ.
Every role has reinforced the same conviction: people come alive when they understand who God is, who they are in Christ, and what they have been called to do.
A teenage love for Jesus became the foundation for a life shaped by Scripture, worship, family, and service.
Church planting, worship leadership, Bible teaching, and pastoral ministry built a love for serving people wherever they gather.
Books, coaching, counseling, assessments, training, and conferences became practical ways to help others grow.
Today Terry serves as Equipping Pastor at Father’s Vineyard in Spindale, North Carolina, helping believers deepen faith and deploy mission.
My heart is to give believers the tools, training, and encouragement they need to live out their calling—in the church, the marketplace, and the home.
That means honoring the depth of Scripture while helping people understand what it means for the conversation, decision, relationship, leadership challenge, or season they are facing right now.
Whether I am teaching verse by verse, sitting with a leadership team, recording a podcast, or developing a practical resource, the goal is the same: help people move toward Christ with greater clarity, courage, and faithfulness.
These experiences are not presented as trophies. They are tools used to listen carefully, communicate clearly, strengthen relationships, and support meaningful growth.
Personality insight that helps individuals and teams understand communication, decision-making, energy, and collaboration.
Practical communication and growth tools that help people notice patterns and pursue constructive change.
Whole-person care that respects the spiritual, relational, emotional, and practical dimensions of life.
Books and training on leadership, entrepreneurship, communication, relationships, spiritual growth, and calling.
After hosting several shows through the years, The Eagles Landing Podcast has become the space closest to Terry’s heart—a place for Scripture, spiritual training, and practical encouragement.
Terry founded TW3, an award-winning platform used by more than 5,500 business, ministry, and coaching leaders. Its purpose is to help leaders communicate, serve, and grow with greater effectiveness.
