About Me
I’ve always believed that God’s calling on our lives is not just about what we do — it’s about who we become along the way.
For me, that journey began as a teenager in love with Jesus and with my high school sweetheart — who, nearly 35 years later, is still my best friend and partner in life. Together, we’ve been blessed with five amazing children and one precious grandchild, who remind me every day of God’s goodness and grace.
Over the years, God has led me down some unexpected paths. I’ve been part of multiple church plants, served in pulpits and living rooms, led worship, and preached the Gospel to both small gatherings and larger crowds. I’ve worn the titles of Teaching Pastor, Equipping Pastor, Worship Leader — but above all, I’ve simply wanted to be a servant who helps people grow in Christ.
Today, I serve as a staff pastor at Father’s Vineyard in Spindale, NC as the equipping pastor. My heart is to equip believers with the tools, training, and encouragement they need to live out their calling — whether that’s in the church, the marketplace, or their own home.
Along the way, I’ve also written books on leadership, entrepreneurship, communication, and relationships, spoken at conferences, and earned certifications as an MBTI® Practitioner, NLP Coach, and Ascend360® Counselor. Those tools have allowed me to blend biblical truth with practical strategies for personal and spiritual growth.
I host the You Are Worth More! Leadership Conference in Greenville, SC — a gathering for leaders who want to make an impact through their divine gifts. I’m also the founder of TW3, an award-winning platform used by over 5,500 business, ministry, and coaching leaders worldwide.
I’ve hosted more than five different podcasts over the years, but my latest, The Eagles Landing Podcast, is closest to my heart. It’s a space for Bible teaching, spiritual training, and practical encouragement to help believers deepen their faith, discover their calling, and deploy their mission.
